From the works of Black and Scholes (1973) and Merton (1973), the valuation of derivatives has had a vertiginous growth. The innumerable studies after these authors have allowed the development in the fie1d of Option Pricing. The central goal of the present article is the use of the Theory of Games like an analytical tool for the introspection and understanding of optimal situations and balance in applications of businesses. This study includes theoretical and empirical reflections that show the advance obtained by the finances in the recent years.
